SPM Supreme™ is a specialised marine lipid formulation combining specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) — 18-HEPE, 17-HDHA, and 14-HDHA — with EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids, sourced from an Active Fractionated Marine Lipid Concentrate.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, delivered here at 270 mg combined (150 mg EPA, 120 mg DHA) in every two-softgel serving.
SPMs are lipid mediators derived from omega-3 fatty acids, naturally present in small amounts in the body. This formula provides 300 µg of total specialized pro-resolving mediators, standardised to three named compounds: 18-HEPE, 17-HDHA, and 14-HDHA.
