Absorb Element+ is a delicious, nutrient shake comprised of all-natural ingredients in the most bioavailable forms. It requires very little digestion and is absorbed quickly. Consume immediately or refrigerate; discard unused portion after 4 hours.

Dosage & Storage Information
- Pour 1 cup (237 mL) of water into a blender or shaker bottle (increase water if desired)
- Add 1 tsp - 1 tbsp cold-pressed Linseed, Udo’s or MCT Oil (adjust according to tolerance; the more, the better)
- Add 4 level scoops of Absorb Element+ and shake or blend on LOW speed for 10 seconds
- Pour over ice (if you wish) and drink slowly for maximum nutrient absorption
