    • Dosage & Storage Information

    As a food supplement, take 3 capsules , 1-2 times daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

    Doses of 5-HTP up to 5 mg/kg daily have been used safely for up to 3 years in infants and children up to 12 years old.  The other ingredients are safe for children, so dosing would be dependent on the weight of the child
