NuaEPA® 1200 is a food supplement providing a highly concentrated source of omega-3 fatty acids, with eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) as the main component, in softgel capsule form.
Each softgel contains a high proportion of omega-3 fatty acids (approximately 93%), of which more than 90% is EPA, derived from marine fish oil. The formulation is designed to deliver omega-3 in a concentrated and consistent daily format.
The oil is presented in a purified form and includes added vitamin E, which is commonly used in oil-based formulations to help maintain stability and product quality.
Omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA and DHA are often included in dietary patterns where intake of oily fish or marine-derived nutrients may be limited. The softgel format allows for convenient daily use.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of EPA and DHA. EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal blood triglyceride levels. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA.

Dosage & Storage Information
1-3 daily softgels, always with food.
Some recommended uses for this format are:
- Nutritional reinforcement in the cardiovascular area: of special interest in adult life, where an unrecoverable deterioration of cardiovascular health takes place (e.g. increase in triglycerides, cholesterol, etc.). 1 softgel per day.
- Nutritional reinforcement in the joint and bone area: appealing for women in menopause, to protect their bones from osteoporosis, as well as in people who, due to their lifestyle or circumstances, have severely punished their muscles and /or joints. 1 softgel per day.
Notes: i) its use in children (<6 years) is not recommended, except on the recommendation of a qualified professional; ii) if you are under treatment with anticoagulant therapies, it is recommended to limit the dose to 2 softgels daily and maintain adequate analytical control of coagulation.
- Nutritional support in neuropsychiatric diseases (e.g. bipolar disease, schizophrenia, etc.) 2 softgels per day.
- Nutritional support in athletes: numerous sports that involve intense physical activity (e.g. tennis, soccer, skiing, basketball, etc.) involve significant joint and muscle wear. Taking EPA will support these areas, being therefore a support nutrient of great interest.
