Dosage & Storage Information
As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules once daily on an empty stomach (at least two hours after eating or one hour before eating) or as directed by your health care professional. It is recommended to take a multi-mineral product, such as Core Minerals™, at the opposite time of day.
