Methyl‐SP™ supports liver methylation and transsulfuration of homocysteine with a combination of targeted nutrients and cofactors such as calcium folinate, vitamins B12, B6 and B2, as well as trimethylglycine at 550 and MSM at 50 mg per serving.* This formula includes the antioxidant vitamins C and E, as well as high potency riboflavin, vitamin B6, folate, and vitamin B12. Also available in 2500 mcg of Folate per serving as Super Methyl‐SP™ (K112).
