- Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless advised by your healthcare professional.
- When taking antibiotics, wait 2-3 hours before taking Bio.Me Oral.
- Age suitability - 3 years and up.
- Best taken on an empty stomach.
Dosage & Storage Information
- Recommended dosage - 1g (approx. ½ tsp) in 25ml of cold water.
- Mix 1g (approx. ½ tsp) into 25ml of cold water.
- Leave for 1 minute. Stir.
- Swish around the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing or spitting out.
- Repeat morning and night on an empty stomach for the best results.
- Best taken on an empty stomach.
