Dosage & Storage Information

Dosage:

  • 2 capsules per day with or without food.
  • For intensified support: Take 4 capsules per day, preferably divided (2 capsules twice daily).
  • For first-time users with higher sensitivity: Start with 1 capsule per day for 3–7 days to assess tolerance before increasing to the full dose.
