Iron-C provides a highly bioavailable form of iron that is gentle on digestion. Features iron as Ferrochel® bis-glycinate, a well-tolerated form of iron with superior absorption. With Ester-C®, a buffered form of vitamin C with a unique absorption and activity. Ester-C® features a mixture of naturally occurring vitamin C metabolites. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, oxygen transport in the body and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients

Ferrous bis-glycinate, calcium ascorbate, hypoallergenic plant fibre (microcrystalline cellulose), ascorbyl palmitate, threonic acid. Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
