Borage Seed Oil features cold-pressed borage oil providing 20% gamma linoleic acid (GLA), the highest GLA content of any plant source. GLA is an essential fatty acid found in the fatty acid fractions of some plant seed oils. Each softgel provides 200 mg of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) with vitamin e as mixed tocopherols.
