Hidroxinua 25 - 90 Capsules | Nua Biological

Proveedor Nua Biological

Hidroxinua® 25 is a food supplement containing a natural olive extract standardised for hydroxytyrosol (HT), a phenolic compound naturally present in olives.

Each softgel provides a minimum of 25 mg of hydroxytyrosol, with levels that may reach up to 29 mg per softgel, offering a concentrated and consistent intake of olive polyphenols in a convenient daily format.

Hydroxytyrosol is one of the characteristic phenolic compounds found in olives and olive-derived ingredients. Products containing olive extracts are commonly included in dietary routines that incorporate plant-derived polyphenols.

The formulation is presented in softgel form and includes olive-derived ingredients in a lipid-based matrix, with vitamin E commonly used to help maintain product stability and quality.

Hidroxinua® 25 is designed for daily use, typically taken with food, and can be incorporated into a varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives.

Hidroxinua® 25 provides a standardised amount of hydroxytyrosol per softgel, allowing for controlled and consistent intake.

  • Dosage & Storage Information

1-3 daily softgel, always with food.

Some recommended uses for this format are:

    • Antioxidant power for people who do not consume fruits and vegetables regularly. It is assumed that a person has to ingest daily an amount of average antioxidant power, equivalent to approximately 4000 – 6000 ORAC units. A single softgel of Hidroxinua®25 provides 9000 ORAC units of antioxidant power, exceeding the minimum daily needs.
    • Great remover of oxidant free radicals in skin lesions (e.g. psoriasis, rosacea, etc.). The lesions that typically appear in many skin disorders are overloaded with free radicals that only contribute to perpetuating oxidative damage in the skin. Hydroxytyrosol would act as a cleaning agent of free radicals by virtue of its notable antioxidant power. 1-3 softgel per day with food.
    • Improves the resistance and recovery times of athletes in addition to protecting their joints from intense stress. This is possible since hydroxytyrosol supports the function and generation of mitochondria, which are the cellular structures responsible for cellular respiration. Better oxygenation of the cells implies between oxygenation of the tissues where they are located. 1-3 softgel per day with food.
    • Powerful free radical remover after a heart attack, stroke, epileptic attacks, etc. 1-3 softgel per day with food.

Note: in 2011, the EFSA (European Food Safety Agency) recognized the benefits of olive polyphenols (e.g. hydroxytyrosol) for their ability to prevent the oxidation of LDL cholesterol (popularly known as bad cholesterol), thereby preventing it from sticking to the walls of blood vessels.
