FAQs
How do I know if Methylation Support® is right for me?
If you have had genetic testing and been found to have one or two SNPs at MTHFR, then Methylation Support® was designed for you. Methylation Support® is also ideal for those who have an interest in supporting the body’s detoxification processes, adrenals, immune system, cellular energy, and a healthy stress response.†

Can I take Methylation Support® as well as a multivitamin even though they both contain B vitamins?
Yes, you can. If you are unsure of your methylation status, we recommend starting with our multivitamin first, then adding in Methylation Support® afterward to see how you feel. Some find the multivitamin alone works great for them, many others discover that adding in Methylation Support is the missing piece of the puzzle.

Is Methylation Support® safe for children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers?
Methylation Support® has no ingredients that are contraindicated for children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. While it is perfectly safe for most people, we still recommend working with a qualified healthcare provider so that they can take your other supplements, medications, and health history into account when deciding if Methylation Support® is right for you.

What time of day should I take Methylation Support®? Should I take it with or without meals?
We recommend taking the two capsule serving of Methylation Support® with breakfast or lunch. If you prefer, you can also take one capsule in the morning at breakfast and the second capsule at lunch. While Methylation Support® is water soluble and may be taken with only a glass of water, (it does not have to be taken with a meal), some people find that they feel better when taking it with food.
